This was my second time buying and closing with Matt and crew; my first experience was so easy, fast, and friendly that I insisted we use them again, and I am so glad I did. The second time around should have felt a lot harder - employment gaps, a sudden increase in the amount we wanted to spend, an unusual property that a lot of lenders may have refused to approve a loan for, and probably more challenges that I'm forgetting because Matt and team made it feel straightforward, almost effortless. I will be shouting it from my new rooftop, it would be crazy to use any other lender when you could use Matt Johnson and team.
