Shellane Adams of HomeStreet Bank is amazing. She responded to me via e-mail / text / phone, even when I contacted her late at night and on weekends (including one weekend when she was on vacation and out of state). She had a pre-approval letter tailored to the property and offer price within a day of my request (most times it was within a few hours). Escrow was non-responsive to my inquiry of the amount for the cashier's check at closing. Shellane went thru the numbers and gave me an estimate, and I was able to get a cashier's check before the bank closed (escrow responded to me on Friday night at 6:30 PM, which would have been too late to get a cashier's check for the signing on Saturday and Shellane's estimate was only $141.60 off). Without Shellane, we probably would not have closed on time!

Shellane is the best! She is incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and dependable. She helped us purchase and renovate our current home. She helped us purchase and refinance other properties. She's given us information on construction loans, HELOCs, and other financing options.
