Steve is the absolute best when it comes to lenders! We got our loan approved a good 10 days before the closing date. We had specifically mentioned to Steve that closing on time was very important to us and he promised we would close before the date if not on it. And did he deliver! He was on top of our loan processing and ensured we were aware of all the steps in the process and had all the documents prepped and ready for review before hand.
