My experience started out okay as time went on had some bumps on the road and obstacles on my part and the team. I think when you have a client you must connect by communicating not just via email that can be taken out of context due to the nature of the tone in seen in emails but make phones calls to make your client feel as if they matter not just another number have compassion and innerstanding that this is new to them explain the numbers on the loan paperwork and why they change when your close to closing don’t just send them the documents. Remain with the client throughout the process don’t detach when the client gets close to closing and let them be by talking at them explain in detail the full process. I’m thankful to God it worked out in the end.

Chris was awesome and did a great job in guiding us in the lending application and getting our loan straightened out. He was highly responsive and personally spoke with the sellers agent to put us over the edge into getting the property we wanted.

Christopher is great. He knew my agent, the sellers agent, and the property developer. These personal connections were essential in making it possible to quickly move through problems as they arose during the financing and close. Christopher was also very patient and helpful with my many, many questions during a relatively complicated financing phase. He was able to propose options as problems arose, and clearly describe the various costs, risks, and tradeoffs. I'd work with him again, and am recommending him to my friends.

Chris and his team were good about keeping us on track. Sometimes we felt like we were being asked for documents last minute, but that could have been from underwriting. Chris attended our closing, and he helped us through a difficult issue with the seller, and so we appreciated his customer-oriented attitude.

Chris made the whole experience easy to understand and he was always available to answer any questions I had. He and his team were incredibly easy to work with and very responsive.
