Her team was thorough in explaining the many, many documents needed to secure a specialized mortgage program. I troubled her all through it since I shopped around between three lenders. She was the most responsive and most practical of them all. She explained and educated in layman terms- which was very helpful. She kept her cool and I could be honest about everything with her. We wish her the very best. If you are shopping around and find a rate that is better, remember the extremely prompt attention you need to take you all the way through closing- and Holly was there for it all.
