While Rob and his team ultimately facilitated a timely close for us, they were a major source of stress during this home buying process. Not only did they fail to "check-in" with us periodically, they were slow and sometimes remiss in responding to inquiries. Beyond that, on 2 occasions, we were given differing responses on inquiries from members of the team. Finally, when I made our concerns known to Rob, instead of being apologetic and understanding, he merely stated that mortgage lending is a complicated process.
