Preston was great. Easy to schedule. Diligent inspection.

Preston was extremely professional and flexible during a new build home inspection that had to be rescheduled 4 times due to continued builder delays. His communication and report was very thorough and we will definitely be using him again before our 1yr builder warranty expires.

We had a really short option period, and we needed to get someone fast. Preston gave up his Sunday afternoon to come and do our inspection for us. That's the first thing you should know about him. The second thing you should know is that he's an awesome inspector. Extremely friendly and easy to talk with. After he went around the house, took his photos and his notes, he walked us around to the most "important" things we should be aware of. THEN, that *night* (on a Sunday night), he got us the most detailed inspection report we've ever gotten. I seriously have no idea how he wrote up that much in a matter of hours. Any way, as you can probably tell, if we ever move to a new home (hopefully not soon), we'll be calling Preston again.

Preston's thorough inspection was integral to our quick turn around for closing. His professionalism is matched only by his approachability and he has been kind enough to promptly answer any lingering questions weeks after closing.
