Great experience!

The inspection was a disaster. We wish the professionals took a little bit more time to look at the details, and take the next step to determine if something is really not working, or if something is just not plugged in. They missed so many things in the inspection, while made a big deal out of things that were just not plugged in. We didn’t get complete sewer report, missed noticing torn carpet, broken window springs, non functional exhaust fan, and the list goes on. I just hope they got the important things right, there is little I can do if they didn’t do their job now. Highly recommend to go with some other company

Ryan The Hawaiian Braddah, was very professional and thorough. After his detailed inspection he took the time to FaceTime some us out of state people who could not be present. He took the time to walk over the entire house and explain in full detail his findings and completely answered all of our questions and concerns making us feel we were fully informed about the house purchase. Ryan was a very courteous, very knowledgeable and experienced as an inspector and we were very satisfied he was selected to be our inspector. They did their job, very efficiently and effectively. I have nothing critical to say of them at all. They were very efficient.
