We've bought and sold 9 homes and have been particularly impressed by two inspectors we hired; of those two Uli Sommers wins by a mile. Efficient, hardworking and thorough, she gets to every nook and cranny and produces extraordinarily clear and detailed inspection reports. We received ours same day. We use her reports as a guide to making repairs after moving into homes, and many of the workers with whom we share her inspection reports marvel at the depth of her knowledge (i.e., about electrical work) and the detailed advice. On top of that, she's professional, prompt and personable. Can't recommend Uli highly enough.
