Cullen and Mack are so fantastic! They did such a thorough job on our home inspection, and then were able to explain what they found in a way that was completely understandable to us, despite our lack of knowledge. The detailed report that the put together afterward was also incredible, essentially giving us a checklist of the most important repairs to consider making, along with suggestions of clarifications we should request from the sellers. Also, Cullen and Mack are just lovely human beings, and spending time with them is a pleasure. I will 100% recommend their services to anyone with home inspection needs!

Absolutely awesome inspector: transparent, friendly, very knowledgeable and very patiently will answer questions all through out the inspection. Wrote up a comprehensive report with pictures and analysis and got it to us within 48 hrs.

Trusting Centennial Home Inspection Services to identify potential problems with the purchase of our home has cost us dearly. They failed to utilize current technology like moisture meters and consequently missed opportunities to detect leaks which have caused us to have to move out of half of our home as extensive repairs were required. In addition, they failed to identify problems with the manner in which the roofing shingles were installed that now require the replacement of the entire roof, plywood and all. The agreement that Centennial insists that you sign prior to doing their inspection limits their liability to the cost of the inspection so recovering your losses is impossible if you sign their agreement as they insist. Our loss has totaled more than $45,000 for problems that became evident less than one month after their inspection was completed. Find a home inspection service that uses the latest technology to perform their responsibilities rather than trusting Centennial.

Cullen and his Dad saved us from buying a house that needed very serious work in 5 digits - foundation, electrical, HVAC, roof - expensive and potentially dangerous items. Their reports were so meticulous and detailed that a contractor was able to attach rough estimates to the work (and also voice concern in the purchase) without an on-site visit.
