Although we were planning a major renovation of the property we wanted a thorough assessment of the property condition as part of our due diligence (always recommended). They performed one of the most thorough inspections we've experienced in 9+ purchase transactions: HVAC air temps, water pressure and temps, appliances, fireplace, roof, electrical - they covered it all -- 3 guys over nearly 2 hours. By the next morning I had a well-written inspection report with photos in my email. We really appreciated their thorough, professional approach and broad knowledge of home systems and trades.
