Along with our 90 Day Warranty, we’re ecstatic to report we also have a Buy-Your-Home-Back Guarantee, provided by InterNACHI (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors). If you have your potential new home inspected by us, you automatically qualify for the Buy-Back Guarantee. Once you've moved into your new home following settlement, you have 90 days to decide if your inspector missed anything. If you are not completely satisfied with the work performed by your inspector, simply exercise your option of having your home bought back for the price you paid, provided there are no new material defects, or not required to be inspected per InterNACHI's Residential Standards of Practice (found online).
