Terry was great. Incredibly knowledgeable and thorough, and his report came through on a tight deadline. I would give him a 10 if this review was just about Terry. Unfortunately, my experience with US Inspect was somewhat soured after the fact. When you sign up with this company, you are giving permission for your contact information to be shared with "partner companies." I was contacted on my cell phone and by email more than once by the "security company that works with US Inspect." When I got over the idea that there might be a security problem at the vacant house I just bought, I realized the woman was just trying to sell me a security system. Not ok.
