Kriss Law was the only failure point during the sale of our home. Over the course of a month, we provided every document in a timely manner and was repeatedly assured by Allison Sequeira that all documentation was successfully submitted in full. I have it in writing through email where Allison said that all documentation is complete. On the closing date, I got multiple calls saying they didn’t have the necessary documentation to complete the sale. Contacting Allison was a pain because she wasn’t answering her phone. I then found myself driving to the buyer’s law office to submit this documentation in person since Kriss Law had proven themselves to be incompetent. Their services were the only weak point In the sale of my house. I would recommend that you steer clear of their services.
