Marc is very responsive and professional. However, his team member only left 1 night for us to review the final version of closing disclosure. Also, the team only went through highlights in Purchase & Sell (45min limit) instead of one clause by one. The team sent the information at a time that’s too late one day before our closing. Therefore, their cooperative lawyer at Back Bay couldn’t receive the documents until closing day morning, and thus he was late for 10-15 min for our closing procedure. I would say the pricing is good and team is supportive, but some room for improvement in their efficiency.

Marc was awesome. He kept an eye on every detail of the P&S and the final closing document. Only reason I gave him 9 was his fees a little on the higher side. However, I'd rather pay the higher price to the lawyer then have issues at/after closing, esp. in an REO.
