Adam took what we have always been told is a very stressful process and made it amazingly quick and painless. All documentation was ready and closing was very quick. Adam also was great at communicating with the seller’s agent and lender to negotiate our required fixes and make sure we truly understood the benefits and requirements of the assumption process (which is not done often). Thanks to Adam, we knew what we had to bring to closing. Where the seller’s legal rep was uninformed, we knew up front what the assumption would grant us. When the basement flooded right before closing, Adam made sure that the seller had repairs done quickly. He was timely in is communication with us and helped us to reach agreement with tough sellers.
