Working with Bradford Miller and his team was great. I spoke with Bradford and/or Elizabeth multiple during the sale of my house and at closing. Each conversation was very clear about what I needed to do and what paperwork I needed to complete. Elizabeth communicated with my Association and the Village to get all the necessary paperwork done faster than what I could have done on my own. At closing, Bradford broke down all the figures via email and explained over the phone too. The costs are certainly reasonable for the amount of service the team provided to me. I would recommend.
