Holly is great! I have worked with her a few times.

We've used Holly for a few different real estate transactions now, and each time has been very easy. She knows the process inside-out and is great at communication (she always responded promptly, even outside business hours). She was also a great advocate for us, pointing out abnormalities in contracts and advising us on what to demand for changes to best protect ourselves. Finally, Holly made mention of a lot of upcoming federal/state changes to the closing process and its associated documentation and seemed to be on top of all those incoming changes; the fact that she's proactive about prepping for these changes is obviously a plus.

I've purchased quite a few homes now. Holly is the best!
