He had the expertise and legal knowledge to know how to protect us in a very unique situation, how to outline what our rights were in every situation, and how to make sure that the seller/builder help up every end of their bargain. Throughout the process he gave us advice that went far beyond what your expectations would be, and had a way of making your comfortable in a situation where you are signing lengthy paperwork of which you are unfamiliar with what a lot of it says. He was patient in walking us through everything, and very concise in answering all of our questions. We will work with Jim again each and every time!
