Jason and his team were good with the documentation process. He was objective in his analysis and red-flagged certain key issues instead of just trying to push the sale through. This led to a second round of negotiations and eventually the process went through. They were always prompt with things on their side and accessible. Jenn from the team helped with a lot of the organizational pieces and Adam an associate was there at the closing table to go through everything.
