That woman was giving me advise thinking I was a different customer. Took 3 conversations with her to get her to stop giving wrong advise and simply open my file to see who she was talking to! She becomes very frustrated if you don't agree with her. She doesn't employ help so her she uses her clients as her courier (very time consuming). No one is proof reading her work; she had my address WRONG on my Deed! Upon closing, she sent the wire but didn't complete correctly not wait for confirmation and was unreachable for almost 2 hours while everyone was waiting in next state to complete second closing. She is a joke! Its apparent to me why Kathleen and Laura do not want their clients at their own closing. They may have to pretend to be interested! Laura also failed to see the wire transfer and close statement transfer and left meeting before confirmation. Don't know how either of them have jobs! I will be sharing my emails and experience with Il Bar Assoc.
