A little bit about Michael
I help guide people who are selling their homes from signing the contract to the closing on the house.
I don't charge an hourly rate, and I don't ask for a retainer. I work on a flat fee, and that flat fee is only due if the home closes. Usually, the attorney fee is in the range of $500.
Prior to practicing law, I served in the White House and on several presidential and gubernatorial campaigns.
Today, I live in the northern suburbs of Chicago with my wife Lauryn and our three daughters.
