To be honest I'm not a huge fan of lawyers in general. That being said, Stuart was pretty amazing. He asked the seller agents the questions I had, saved me money when a discrepancy was found on taxes. However my favorite part was that since I was doing my closing remotely from Texas, he went through the whole documentation with me by cell phone and went over the different forms before I signed them. This was the my first home purchase, I was pretty nervous and he just made it easier. Now I'm in my condo in Chicago 4 days later( we drove a truck from Texas to Chicago with all my belongings. That was scarier then the whole buying.)
