This was bad that is the only way to put it. Let's list the ways 1) They forgot to ask buyers to remove contingencies, until I reminded them 2) From day one I told them I was moving out of state and would not be around at closing. They said all you need to do is give us power of attorney. No problem, last day I am there I remind them and have to scramble to find two witness and a notary with moving truck packed, van packed, oh and my printer packed. 3) They did not call the survey company in time delaying close of escrow. I called them early and they had plenty of availability. I even reminded Tracey to call and they did not call until several days later. Bottom line with the extra stress, a brand new survey as opposed to an update and delaying closing, saving a few hundred on lawyer fees cost me nearly a thousand in other costs plus extra headache. One star because everything did work out in the end

Since we were first time home buyers, it was very important for us to have an attorney on our side that would walk us through each process and take the time to answer all of our questions. She was very fast paced (which we loved) while explaining *every* *single* *paragraph* that we signed. It would've taken us hours to read through all this on our own, and even longer to truly understand everything. I rested easy after the closing knowing that Tracey's office had our back on all the paperwork. Tracey and her team were very helpful with the process and at close. Her fees are very cheap compared to other attorneys and the closing attorney reviewed some of the closing fees and was able to get them removed which actually ended up saving us some money.
