They were very helpful at making sure everything was handled correctly. Only complaint was that the Notarize service they used for remote closing didn't work properly on our phone. It piped all of the audio though the phone speaker, rather than through the external speaker and there wasn't any way to change it, which made hearing the notary very difficult. Other than that, everything went smoothly. They even reached out to us when the account we originally specified failed to accept the wire transfer for the proceeds and were able to switch to a different bank and get the money to us the same day. Overall, very happy with their services.
