Aspen Title was great! Super nice, super efficient, great communication.

The communication was a bit sparse and shaky in the early going (my opinion), but in the end all was completed on time and correctly. What mattered most is that the money from the sale was in my account a day after the closing, and the mortgage was closed out with the bank the next day as well. They completed the job in an experienced way. If asked I would recommend their services. Thanks again.

Aspen Title professionals provided a smooth process of closing on the sale of two homes. They assisted with the transition seamlessly despite a lien they discovered on the home with previous owners which was overlooked during my purchase 10 years ago.

I thought the gentleman who presided over my closing as the seller, I believe his name was Mr. Re snick or one of his attorney's, was exceptionally thorough, exhibited the utmost professionalism, and courtesy making sure I was at ease with every step of the process and answered every question to my satisfaction. It was a pure pleasure dealing with someone of his caliber.

Aspen Title did a great job with walking us through the HUD1 and answering any questions we had about our loan and home warranty. They were excellent at reaching out to us to obtain all the information they needed to prepare documents in a timely manner.

Not that impressed with this company. Sub-par communication before the closing. On the day of closing, Jordan (from Aspen) rushed through the document signing in a way that made me visibly uncomfortable. I communicated this discomfort to Aspen, asking why certain documents hadn't been sent to us earlier, for review. His answer was essentially: If we gave everyone these documents, they would have too many questions and we would spend too much time trying to answer them for our clients. Yes, you read correctly: A company that I paid over $2000 to had the nerve to tell me they didnt send me documents to review because I would likely have questions and they didn't want to have to answer them. That being said, the closing went fine and everything was processed in a timely manner. For bare bones service, go here. For actual customer service and attention to client needs, go elsewhere.

Ever close on a property within 10 minutes? I did. When I showed up, the rep was ready with all the forms, and my check. Once my portion was done, I left. Really easy.

Very flexible with their scheduling!

We have bought and sold over 10 properties over the years and understand the requirements of the title company. We were proactive in trying to get them information ahead of our move from the area, which was before the closing of the property. Had this not been done, it is possible the closing would have been delayed or at least a last minute scramble would have occured.
