KVS Title was everything you want in a title company. I felt so secure with them, that I'm not exactly sure what it was that they handled. What I do know is that we closed in less than 30 days. There were no snafus or last minute issues. As a first time home buyer, I wasn't expecting an easy experience, but the process went seamlessly and they were there for us every step of the way. They were responsive, prompt and easy to get in touch with. I never worried once working with them.

We chose KVS because the seller requested it. We worked with a Redfin affiliated title company for a previous offer which I personally like better. The attorney was fine, but the settlement agent does not understand my questions and requests, I had to email multiple times to get a straight answer. They also don't provide much information when they are preparing the paper work, I understand that they give costumers default options for survey and insurance, so they won't ask you about them a lot. But it feels like there is a lack of communication and transparency during the process.
