I am thrilled to be a first time home buyer. My agent was reliable, my lender was truthful, and I appreciate the role they’ve played in making this opportunity possible. While I am thankful that my offer was selected and I’m sitting in my new home, I am less than 100% pleased with my Lennar experience. The 1st time home buyer credit they offered I found to be underhanded. There are several small imperfections in my new home that were not fixed after the orientation, though pointed out. I wasn’t informed of the smart home set up box - thankfully my Internet Service provider mentioned it to me. Some of those features aren’t set up properly, which makes for a lot of reaching out here and there. A lot of little things that take away from the overall happiness and excitement, leaves a score of 5 for average.

Overall is good. But for the construction quality on the interior, they can pay a little more attention and care. Somehow the finishes are rough; compare with the same class builders, Toll Brothers and NV homes are better.

This review is solely based off my experience that I had with the ladies once it was time for me to close on my home . Each each person who I can contact was very knowledgeable and informative impatient I had several questions they did not hesitate to repeat themselves several times nor explain in depth on what we were signing to my husband and I . The process is fairly quick and easy thank you ladies you did a marvelous job .
