I thought that the closing was lacking in explanation of the documents that I was signing and their impact. The person handling closing simply pulled out the documents and got signatures. there was no discussion of the transaction, the figures, payments, etc. it was very unsettling. I used RGS title in the Alexandria VA office and had a very different experience at closing. the individuals who I worked with at the Columbia office prior to closing were fantastic. It was only the person handling the closing who was a problem.
