She possess the needed qualities of knowledge, communication skills, ethics, professionalism, and finesse that's needed in the complex world of buying and selling property. Her ability to connect, not only with us (sellers) and potential buyers, but also with our elderly tenant that can sometime be diffucult. Patricia showed compassion, but at the same time, kept our property sell moving forward.
