Victor, Larisa, and Madeline were our home loan team. Victor helped us understand the loan process and get us pre-approved. Larisa and Madeline guided us through the escrow process. We had a lot of questions (we're first-time home buyers) and whether by phone or by email all three answered them in satisfying detail. We never felt like we were asking a silly question, and we never walked away feeling like we didn't understand something. On a lesser note, we found JVM's seven-step graphic indicating where we were in the loan process helpful.
