As I was a first time home buyer, Stew and his team were able to answer all my questions (which I had a lot) and explain the reasons behind the different processes. Stew and his team are amazing. Having been through three home purchases now, I can say that this was the BEST experience I've had getting a loan. He was on top of all deadlines, he took the time to make sure I understood all potential loan scenarios, and his team was incredibly organized in their requests for my financial documents. Stew and his team made what is arguably the most painful part of buying a new home simple and effortless and for that I am extremely grateful.

The whole pre-approval, approval, and funding process went swimmingly. With Stew's help we were able to get pre-approved and waive our loan & appraisal contingencies. This really helped make our offers more enticing to sellers. During the final approval and funding process, Stew & his team were so awesome that we ended up closing early! There were over 100 e-mails back and forth between us in the 2.5 weeks leading up to loan funding and we always got a quick response. If you are in the process of buying a home, RPM is a great local lender that'll help you close. There has to be a special shoutout to Daina. She was super helpful in deciphering our finances and getting all of the appropriate documentation needed for final approval of the loan.

We began our process with Chet, who was friendly and helpful, bu soon mostl of our dealing were with Stew Sweet. Stew always came through with what we needed at the end, though it always seemed down to the wire. Perhaps that's just how it is in this business, but it made certain moments very stressful! Despite this, we feel positive about our experience - Stew was always willing to work up numbers for us and patient as we, several times, decided not to make offers at the last minute.

Chet, Stew, and the rest of the team at RPM mortgage did an amazing job for us. They were amazingly responsive and sometimes even would respond to our emails or call us well after business hours in the evening just to help us secure our mortgage and close on our home. Their process is streamlined and brokers very easy to work with. When it was difficult to get a construction loan for home renovations given it was our first mortgage, Chet and his team were able to make thoughtful out of the box strategies for us to secure the money we would need to renovate our home. At no time did we feel overly pressured to make a deal. They always had our best interests in mind. With their help we were able to close in short three weeks. RPM mortgage has our highest recommendation.

This allowed us to confidently make offers on homes, knowing their local reputation and availability, were prized by agents and sellers. They were there when we needed them, they helped us complete most of our financing paper working while overseas on vacation, and Chet even took calls from us on a Sunday afternoon to help explain detailed aspects of our financing. We highly recommend RPM.
