I couldn’t have been happier with Dan Kaplan.

I worked with Paul Saleh and really enjoyed working with him. He was on PTO the week prior to closing but made an effort to work out of office so our CD would be finished on time. Communication with Paul was great, he was accessible at all times and made it a priority that customers understood what was going on. The only reason why this review is not a 10 has nothing to do with Paul/Alber Saleh. The underwriter on our case made multiple mistakes that wasted a lot of time. Also, the paperwork was just sitting around untouched for 3 weeks and during the last last week we were rushed for updates and additional paperwork. The pacing was horrible; I don't like how Wells Fargo underwriting team procrastinated with the review process.

Alber is extremely competent and closed my purchase loan in record time.
