Christian Best and Magnum Opus Federal were recommended by a co-worker, and I could not be happier. The rate was good, I didn't have to put much down and still didn't have to pay PMI. The process was clear, uploading all the documents they needed to the portal was easy, and they helped me close on time. The co-owner of Magnum Opus, Brandon Bailey, was present at my closing, and he was incredibly personable. He clearly explained all the documents I was signing, and brought champagne and cupcakes to celebrate, to boot! I would highly recommend Magnum Opus Federal Corp.
