Dan was very responsive to our questions. We had a snag during the process that to this day makes no sense to me, and I got upset, but he did a good job of finding a way to make things work, and then afterward obtained more favorable terms on top of that. Worked well.

Redfin recommended a few loan officers to us we could possibly work with if needed. This is how we got in touch with Dan Bray. We knew upfront a good loan officer is extremely key during the home purchase process. There are several loan agents who will promise closure of any deal at a very inviting rate but during the point of sale - they tend to waver from their original commitment of rates or worst case the loan falling apart while the earnest money deposit maybe at stake. We did our sound research for these reasons and interviewed Dan. We thought he was a great fit to work with us and this was definitely a very wise decision on our part. After making about 8 offers on different homes over a period of 7 months - we learnt a lot about Dan and how he worked with his clients. Some of our experiences working with Dan as follows: 1.
