There can be no mortgage agent better than Briana Ozolins! All parties involved in our purchase and closing on our home did a wonderful job. The timeline was close to impossible. However, all parties did a great job and we made the deadline. Beyond question a major reason for the success was Briana's work. We had a good mortgage rate, but more importantly Briana provided unbelievable service. Over the years, we"ve worked with a dozen or so lenders, and we've never had a better agent than Briana.....not even close. From the start she showed a superior work ethic and positive can-do approach to her work. In addition, she coordinated other parties outside of her company. She is fantastic! Don't hesitate for one second to work with her!!

We went with UAMC because it was our builder's preferred lender. They got the job done, however, at times we felt unsure of what the next step in the process was. They did a satisfactory job answering questions, but they were quick to assume we knew what to expect, and already understood the process of buying a home. In the end, we closed without a hitch, which is what we were hoping for.
