Colin at Main Street worked very hard at getting me approved. I am not a typical W-2 employee, but as a small business owner he was able to help me get approved, and quickly! Colin is good at responding to texts and emails and phone calls. He is the only person who has managed to get me approved for a mortgage over the ten years I have tried, off and on! I would definitely love to work with Colin and Main Street again.

Colin is extremely prompt in answering questions and getting estimates to you, which is a huge asset when you are making an offer and on a tight closing schedule. As a first-time home buyer, there were times when I wished there was a more clear explanation of the timeline and next steps in the lending process. Certain terms, such as escrow, were brand new to us and it took some time for us to fully understand how that works. Otherwise, Colin was engaged with us at every step of the process from offer to closing and we had a good experience working with him.
