The team at Old Republic Title Company was very kind and patient and guided my family and me through this arduous process that buying a house is. It was our first time buying a house, so we went in with so many questions, their team helped answer every question patiently and even more than once in a few instances! The whole process is streamlined, and all the instructions they gave were crystal clear. The thing I appreciated most about ORTC is that they did not overwhelm and inundate us with information and paperwork, instead, we would tackle paperwork in bite sized pieces, and everything had a proper timeline; and the team kept in touch constantly until we closed. Cherry, Kelly and Jennifer were very kind and patient and we are thankful for the opportunity to work with this team.

Old Republic certainly knows what it is doing, and the greater number of offices compared to some other title companies means you may not have to travel as far to get signings done.

Not much to say, paperwork was ordered we were called, came in, signed everything and that was that. Couldn't have asked for anything more.
