The Tiago lawyer helped us with a power of attorney for the closing, given we live out of state. The property was owned by a trust and was quickly reviewed and accepted.

They were not quick to respond and repeatedly lost documents that were sent several times. Brooke even called me once and got an attitude with me regarding needed documents and it would be our fault If we didn't close. When I told her I had sent them repeatedly she just said "oh. Good to know" We've closed with several title companies and this was one of our worst experiences. Because they kept pushing our closing time we weren't even sure we would close. Even after signing was done we were getting messages from the new owner about where the keys were. The title company never gave them to her. They were just a mess and the lawyer working with them was arrogant and didn't read any of the emails sent to him. He just assumed he knew what was going on and didn't know anything. Dealing with someone that condescending was incredibly frustrating after already being yelled at for the document issue which was their fault, not oura.
