They are really nice people. My score 7/10 is due to closing confusion, which caused the closing process to be long. They scheduled the closing to the wrong address and my paperwork had my name misspelled. This was more of an inconvenience than anything else. When the individual came to the closing she was professional, communicated well throughout the process, and was great with time management since the process was delayed. Prior to the closing issue, they sent all information in a timely manner (i.e., wiring instructions). They were professional and kind on the phone when I had questions or concerns. I would recommend them.
