Poor customer service, had to chase Deena Bergstrom top review the bank-issued closing costs in time for me to get the money transferred. They did not offer to close at the downtown location that was closest to me, they had me drive to Lake Oswego. The let me know last minute (at closing) that a certificate of occupancy was missing. They wouldn't give me receipts for check deposits; had to ask them twice, both for earnest money and final closing.
