We have used Clark County Title twice in the past year. Both times the paperwork contained errors and it took several iterations to get it right. Sometimes names were missing, sometimes they were put on the wrong line, and sometimes the names were completely wrong as though they had cut/paste from some other document. On the positive side, they did eventually get it right. And they were easy to reach and responded relatively quickly.
