We understood the primary job of escrow to be accountable to ensure all of the details are correct. While a pleasant personal connection, we did have issues with the details being wrong. We -not them discovered the address was wrong. This put us into a hectic spin cycle to re-review and correct and resign papers. We also expected them to follow thru on the timelines given to us- which did not happen until we circled back to enquirer. This gives us pause to recommend to others. Excellent on response via text.
