We’re very detailed.

We got it closed but my overall experience with them was very disappointing. Despite our realtor notifying them we need a remote closing, they didn't seem to realize that was what it was until 7 days before our closing date. Our main interface was rude and condescending to my wife and to me. The paperwork sent to us for the remote signing was incorrect in several places and the only reason we could sign it was because our interface was working late (something that almost never happens, 5PM and gone). She was not gracious about helping us telling us to read quickly as she was leaving in 15 minutes. She also tried to blame the errors on my wife.
