Mor Escrow is extreemly competent in what they do, however Angela Erickson occasionaly gave off big attitude and was not always pleasant to work with. She was very rude to me and my lender when we were signing loan docs on Friday 12/20/2013 because she was in a rush to leave her office.

Jennifer was great at Mor Escrow. We got it done in a timely manner and she was very helpful in getting our HOA stuff in order. This was our first time selling a home and she made it pretty easy. Always responsive, which is critical to me and always helpful.

We had an unusual loan and Mor Escrow took it in stride and dealt with it. However, they had some communication issues with our lender, and to this day, we cannot figure out whose fault it was. It seemed like they were overwhelmed and did not follow up thoroughly enough and were content to say 'We left a voicemail' every time an issue came up, and it seemed the bank did the same thing, so lots of phone tag. They also became quite defensive and belligerent after we expressed that the lender had sent the documents and we wanted to know why there was a delay in the process. However, they pulled through in the end and made our deal happen, so at the end of the day they are ok. Just make sure your lender is talking directly with the escrow officer, not just the assistant. You can also ask your redfin agent to make sure the bank and the escrow people are talking to each other. We just waited for a while and hoped everything would go according to schedule, but it is actually necessary to be proactive and talk to all the parties involved every step of the way if you want to close within a reasonable amount of time.
