We have reviewed the customer review below and we are very disappointed to learn the seller was not happy with our service. In this transaction we represented the buyer. The seller, who wrote this review, had his own title company representing him. Our office had regular communication with the seller’s title company leading up to the settlement. The initial closing disclosure was sent on April 8th and the final seller documents were sent to his title company on April 21st, two days before closing. Also, we do not specifically charge a wire fee on the closing disclosure. This is an optional service that the seller requested at settlement. We are very sorry the seller was unhappy with his interaction with our title company.
