Our inspector John was kind, thorough, knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything. He was prompt in returning his report and giving recommendations and feedback. John made me feel comfortable in knowing the ins & outs of the property I was purchasing and was very approachable and straightforward. I would recommend this company to friends and family!

He did a good job on inspecting the unit and the complex. In one way, he did so well that it made us worried to buy the condo. Though what he mentioned happens to most of the places and we just have to have it in mind. As we already moved in, we now know that what he mentioned are minor things but it is really nice to know.

I hired John Fryer to inspect a house I wanted to buy on the recommendation of my Realtor who said he was one of the best. He was right! John is both a home inspector and a contractor, so he really knows his stuff. He encouraged me to follow along with him so I could see any potential problems with my own eyes and explained things as we went. John is a friendly and good-natured guy and he made the inspection process enjoyable. The report he issued after the physical inspection was clear and thorough, including diagrams and photographs. I felt like I had received a detailed owner's manual for my house. Having John perform the inspection made me feel very confident about the condition of the house and what small things needed to be attended to after the purchase. Thanks John!
