On Point Inspections has been our go-to since we first had them out. Philip is incredibly thorough and communicative, and his reports have been instrumental in our early care of our homes. I recommend him to anyone who will listen, and I keep calling him back. That’s how you know.

This was the second time we've worked with Philip, and I would do so again! The first time, he found some major issues with a home we were considering and we decided not to move forward (water leakage and mold, along with roof issues). The second time, he definitely found things around the house that we wouldn't have, and even estimates on repair costs that helped us in moving forward with our purchase.

He said there was moisture on our walls and scared us a little bit, but did not use appropriate cameras to identify if there was actually any moisture or not.

This was my second time having Philip inspect a home. His reports are thorough and quick turn around.

Phil was very thorough and took the time to answer all of our questions. He was even available for follow up after the inspection when questions arose during the inspection contingency negotiations. Would use Phil again.

Loved the inspection report provided by Philip on our condo. There were a few things I would've appreciated more detailed information about, but as a general overview of the condition of the unit, he was spot-on.

Philip scheduled an inspection on very short notice and delivered a quality inspection report. I would have rated him a 10 had he not forgotten one of his tools. This prevented him from testing if a wired smoke detector was faulty or whether the elective line itself was dead.

We felt like he covered all the nooks and crannies of the house. Was very knowledgeable about the different things of the home and helped explain the ways certain things were done (plumbing/wiring). His report was great and we will use as we make repairs to the home.

We found Phillip through a friend who recently had her condo inspected by On Point. Phillip was very quick to respond with booking the appointment and prompt to arrive the morning of the inspection. He was very through in his inspection, taking the time to show us the nuances he discovered while testing everything out. His report arrived quickly later that afternoon of inspection day. After we moved into the unit we discovered an additional issue that was not reported. I reached out to him via email with an image and he quickly responded with a recommendation on what he thought would do the trick. Definitely a pleasant guy to work with!
