They did a through job of inspecting the home we bought.

While I've not had any experiences with another inspection company, I've been more than pleased to give A-Action my repeat business. They were able to schedule promptly, and respected my preferred communication methods (this is a biggie, for me). My inspector, Paul Ferris, was of the utmost professionalism and thorough in his work. He spent a considerable amount of time breaking down and explaining the inspection report (which I had in my inbox within the hour).

Susie Jenks my realtor set up this particular company for my inspection with a specific technician Taylor - which she should have offered 3 companies and did not - as well as she never should have been allowed to pick the tech. I was a first time home buyer and didn't know at the time. She was the techs agent for him to purchase a home at the time which is a conflict of interest that I learned of after the close of my home - and the inspector missed the fact that the furnace was condemned due to gas/flame leak! The hvac company who came out a few days after the house closed to service the unit found that the gas and flame were dangerously leaking when turned on and the furnace was condemned - it can not be used and must be replaced. A Action inspection missed a furnace that could potentially have caught on fire and should never be turned on let alone pass an inspection. I would never recommend this inspection company for any one. The inspection company has no liability for missing the condemned furnace as they claim my signature on the paperwork when I paid stated it in small print and the owner has no interest to help make this situation right. I was not able to negotiate with the sellers about the furnace before the sale since the inspector missed the issue. the relationship between my agent and the inspector- which I discovered after the sale of the home - is a huge conflict of interest and makes me question the ethics of this company as well as their complete disregard for customer safety. Every furnace gas flame should be checked on a home inspection to protect the buyer from fire hazard. AAction should punish their worker for missing this vital safety step and help the customer but they have shown zero interest in making it right or training their staff to inspect future gas furnaces for this fire hazard issue. I would never recommend this company. They will not check the gas flame on the heating furnace and could endanger you and your family. Always have a licensed hvac tech inspect on the home inspection day as the home inspection company has no liability and no expertise! Protect yourself because this company will NOT protect you.

A-Action completed the inspection quickly and followed up a few times since the inspection to verify that everything is still going well. Great and less expensive than the competition.
