Horrible. Initial inspection discovered a few repairs (plumbing). Seller said was remedied. Inspect LV came back out for second inspection - said the issue was fixed. After we moved in we found out it not fixed and was not properly inspected and we are now stuck with the bill to pay for something they said was remedied. To top it off when I called to complain they said it was my problem and said to get remedy from contractor. The inspector was supposed to call me but that never happens either. Avoid at all costs. Better companies out there.
